Lynwood Thompson graduated high school and enlisted in the Marine Corps. After four years of supervising, it was time for a change. Sticking to his roots and the lessons he learned while he was enlisted, he tried working for companies but nothing seemed to stick. That is when he founded Thompson Excavation.
